i am definetely a mom now

"i definitely felt like a mom today. here is the conversation: (we are eating lunch) Bethany: Leah, is that poop on your pants? Leah: Oh yeah, I guess it is (continues eating)."

3 months old

He is three months old now! where has the time gone? Seriously that was the fastest three months EVER. I am now back to work and Gabriel is in daycare. He seems to really enjoy himself there and I having a much tougher time with it than he is.

The teacher helps him make art projects and I find that hilarious. I really wish I could see a video of him painting and see how much paint gets all over him. He is still such a happy little guy and sleeps great. He loves his jumperroo (exercauser type thing only it allows him to jump) and almost can roll over. He is sooooo close to doing it! He still loves his thumb and his hair is as wild as ever! Its been a great three months! Here is his three month photo!

I put a rattle in his little hand today and he grasped it, shook it and put it in his mouth. so cool!

Easter

Gabriel got to meet his extended family this weekend. He met a lot of his aunts and uncles and was super popular. He is now trying to sit up but doesn't have the strength yet so he gets frustrated. He can purposely bat at toys hanging above him and is very thrilled with himself when he hits them. He also learned how to stick out his tongue and its his new favorite trick. He did it all weekend showing off his new tongue trick to the family. He was an angel in the car only waking once during the trip to eat and get changed. Couldn't ask for a better baby!
