Understanding

It is simply amazing how much this child understands. It seems like he understands EVERY WORD I say. Of course he still makes his choice whether to obey or not. My latest trick for the car seat tantrums includes one very special truck book. He loves truck books so I say (as he is fighting, screaming, kicking) "Gabriel, if you sit down (in the carseat) I will give you the truck book". This trick has worked for TWO DAYS. that is forever in toddler land.
